Returns and Exchanges

At Frego, we stand behind our products and our uncompromising quality. We want to provide our customers a positive shopping experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.

The following policies apply to all returns:

• All return merchandise must be received by Frego prior to receiving a refund.
• All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
• Frego will accept returns as long as the product purchased is in its original condition, unwashed and unused.
• Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply.
• Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
• If an exchange is requested, a new order will be placed as you indicate on the Returns Form link. The exchange order will be charged to the method of payment used on the original order. Standard shipping cost for any exchange is paid by Frego.

Be sure to indicate the reason for return and whether you would like a refund, replacement or merchandise credit. We would also appreciate any feedback you offer to help serve you better in the future. After receiving your return request, we will contact you with information on how to complete the return.

Shipping Information

At Frego, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and the most economical way possible. Our Shipping and Processing charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead. Exact Shipping Charges and Delivery Details for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.

• Standard shipping charges are applied to all orders. For Ground shipping within the Continental United States, we charge $7.95 Transportation and $2.00 Handling Fee.
• All items are shipped from our warehouse by UPS to arrive within five business days of receiving your order.
• We will not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Tracking your package

After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order. You will receive an email when your order has shipped, and you can then view your tracking number online.
